WARRANTY

MidMod warranties tall their pool products for 6 months.  

For the original purchaser the MidMods Warranty covers material defects and defects in workmanship. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, typical decay, extreme exposure to the elements (for example, the natural breakdown of colors), misuse, neglect, and defects caused by failure to follow the MidMods care guidelines or other improper uses.

NOTE: Leaky AirFloats are not covered unless it is a manufacturing defect. Since leaks can be caused by all manner of normal use - We have included repair kits for home DIY repairs. 

MidMods also sells other brand products that complement the MidMods line.  For those products, we honor ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES.

For Warranty coverage you will need to provide the original purchase receipt. Keep that email confirmation somewhere safe!

NOTE: We have the right to repair or replace the product.  If we are unable to do either, we’ll issue a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new MidMods product. 

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country.

Damage to a product not covered by Warranty may qualify for repair at a reasonable rate.

Charges for shipping and insuring packages to MidMods are the customer’s responsibility. MidMods will ship the warrantied product back to the customer via ground shipping free of charge for shipments within the United States.

International shipping charges and customs fees to and from MidMods are the customer’s responsibility.  

When shipping products back to MidMods, please use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package, as MidMods can not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
